The Old Fisherman's Trail Challenge started in Fish Hoek and finished in Hout Bay this year. This direction is known as the 'up run'. The conditions tested the runners with a constant berg head wind and then the odd strong gusts.
Well done to Kyle Bucklow and Lijan van Niekerk for their great wins. Lijan successfully defended her 2021 title.
