Описание: This song was composed by Jack Robson, possibly for the local radio show 'Wot Cheor Geordie' which ran from 1947 to 1957. I recently uploaded it to YouTube from a CD of my own arrangements of local songs that I made back in 2002 ('Canny Tyneside' by 'The Blaydon Aces'), along with some video clips of Cullercoats - • Cullercoats Bay (version 1) . That made me go back to the song and enjoy playing it again. It's a nice song with interesting harmonies. The photographs at the end were taken in March 2023. It was a spell of very cold weather so there were only a few folk on the beach including a few hardy 'all year round' swimmers.
