Diana Ross's final show of the year at the Wynn Encore was as fantastic as any of her previous shows at the venues. The Q&A section was filled with surprises and confessions of love from fans. Ms Ross, was relaxed and forthcoming with her answer. She gave one advice to the young people in the audience: if you have the opportunity, travel.
But a special moment occurred toward the end of the Q & A when a fan told Ms Ross "You've been entertaining people your whole life, I was wondering if I can sing a little something for you and he promptly sang her a portion of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong's classic "The Nearness Of You" as the audience cheered. The band, proving they are one of the best in the business, quickly picked up on the tune and guided the singer thru the song.
And as quickly as the show began, it was over. Thank you Ms Ross for another memorable residency.
