What is ASMR??
ASMR is defined as “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response".
In simple terms, ASMR refers to a pleasant tingling feeling that a person experiences when he/ she hear unique soft voices or when they hear certain soothing sounds like scratching ,tapping, brushing , whispering and eating sounds.

When these sounds are heard , a deeply relaxing and comforting feeling , usually accompanied by tingling sensations in the head. The "tingling" starts in the back of your neck, travels across your scalp, and moves downward, following the line of your spine.
