Описание: BFT³ is a heart rate monitoring system exclusive to BFT and used to optimize your results. This heart rate-specific training approach is designed to reward all BFT programs by providing you with the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals.

By monitoring your heart rate during your workout, you can optimize your results and receive better coaching for the intended outcome of the session. Different zones and their corresponding colours are used to help you understand your heart rate zone, with light blue representing 60-69%, blue representing 70-79%, purple representing 80-89%, and orange representing 90-100%.

The system also uses PXI (Performance x Intensity) scores to reward those with greater adherence to the exercise prescription and BFT programming intensity. By matching the colour of the prescribed heart rate zone (displayed as a little heart next to your exercise on the screens) to the colour of your tile, you are more likely to get close to the target PXI score and earn greater rewards.

To encourage adherence to the heart rates prescribed for BFT in-studio sessions, greater adherence is rewarded with a better medal. In every BFT session, you have the opportunity to win a medal, with a gold medal being awarded for achieving +/- 0-5% of the target PXI score, a silver medal for +/- 6-10%, a bronze medal for +/- 11-15%, and no medal for +/- 16% or more.
