NRM Flag bearer for Serere County Philip Oucor is reaching out to other parliamentary hopefuls to join him in securing the county seat.
Oucor says it will take unity for the ruling NRM Party to reclaim Serere County seat in the upcoming by elections.
His appeal comes amid talks of some party members endorsing the son of Late MP Patrick Okabe who died in a road accident in December 2022.
