PEV Labs migrating to smart factory automation with industrial internet of things. This example has a an Industry 4.0 example with a persistent human machine interface created with Node-Red on a RaspberryPi 4as an MQTT subscriber. This was developed internally to demonstrate signals from the BRX PLC publishing with MQTT to a web service broker. The GUI updates in real time and can be located at any internet enabled remote location. Also visible on a mobile device. This demonstration will be replaced with sensors capturing and controlling motion on our CNC machines but we had to start somewhere.
