01:11:53 11. Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a)(11) in the hours of construction work to KCG Construction to provide for concrete pours at the Hills at Leander Project located on 960 Merrill Drive Leander, Texas, between December 26 through February 21, beginning at 2:00 a.m. (for a total of six to eight (6-8) pours - depending on weather conditions), and requiring KCG to post notifications a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activities.

Approval of a waiver of Article 8.04, Noise, Section 8.04.001(a) (11) in the hours of construction work to Leander ISD (LISD) to provide for concrete pours at the following Leander ISD Project Sites: North Transportation Facility (2332 Sage Ranch Dr.), Glenn HS Agricultural Barn (1341 Collaborative Way) and Middle School #9 (1601 Collaborative Way). LISD will place temporary signs on the property notifying citizens in the surrounding area of any planned early morning concrete pours.

Conduct a Public Hearing regarding Zoning Case 18-Z-028 and Subdivision Case 18-CP-012 to amend the Devine Lake Planned Unit Development (PUD) with the following base zoning districts: SFU-2-A (Single-Family Urban), SFC-2-A (Single-Family Compact), SFL-3-A (Single-Family Limited), GC-2-A (General Commercial), and LC-2-A (Local Commercial); and to adopt the Devine Lake Concept Plan on three (3) parcels of land approximately 202.79 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031689, R472771, and R502970; and generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and Bagdad Road; Leander, Williamson County, Texas. Discuss and consider action on amending the Devine Lake Planned Unit Development (PUD) with the following base zoning districts: SFU-2-A (Single-Family Urban), SFC-2-A (Single-Family Compact), SFL-3-A (Single-Family Limited), GC-2-A (General Commercial), and LC-2-A (Local Commercial); and to adopt the Devine Lake Concept Plan on three (3) parcels of land approximately 202.79 acres ± in size, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcels R031689, R472771, and R502970; and generally located to the southwest of the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and Bagdad Road; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.
