IMPORTANT: At about 1 hour 19 minutes, I discuss §1231 property. I failed to mention that land used in a trade or business and held for more than one year also qualifies as §1231 property. It does not qualify as §1250 property, because it is not depreciable, but it does count as §1231 property.
