We are incredibly grateful for the support of The National Lottery Community Fund in England, who are fully funding our Pass it On Project. Pass it On England is a five-year project that aims to help families in England affected by genetic haemochromatosis understand and share important health information within their families. The goal is to reach 1,250 families directly and empower them to pass on life-saving genetic and health information.
As part of the project, our very own Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Diogo Gomes delivers a presentation on how to pass on news of a genetic haemochromatosis (GH) diagnosis to family members, followed by a Q&A discussion.
