In Matthew 13, Jesus taught that while men slept, an enemy sowed tares.
This was not to create fear, but to reveal a higher truth:
sleep is not the problem — governance is.
Tonight’s prayer and teaching focuses on God’s authority over the night,
how to rest without fear,
and how to trust God’s ongoing governance beyond human awareness.
