This is a 5 minute pranayama breath practice that I call wave breath. It's a continuous breath directed into different parts of the lungs / chest and can help calm the body. I find it helps me manage anxiety and is a great way to focus when I need a moment to recenter. This is a great yoga breath practice for beginners. This breath practice is led by Helen Cloots.
