A time lapse video showcasing the creation of Ezer Weizman and his Spitfire oil on canvas painting.
Ezer Weizman was the 7th president of Israel, and one of the founders of the IAF (Israeli Airforce). He served in many roles in the IAF, including fighter pilot, and commander.
In this painting, I drew him from a reference photo from his youth as a fighter pilot, with his iconic Spitfire plane behind him. I wanted to show him full of life, happiness, and vision for the state of Israel.
To make it more expressive I've used a painting knife, rather than a brush for this artwork.
