Delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, This forum was designed to help patients, their families and caregivers optimize their quality of life by empowering them with knowledge and resources to manage stroke. In this forum participants learned about:
Overview of stroke: symptoms, risk factors, prevention, and rehabilitation
Actionable strategies for promoting positive behavior change at home
Understanding team-based care roles and accessing health and community services
