52 Years later we get to hear this raw take which includes additional five utterances of James Brown saying "Damn It".

This upload includes the additional horns, percussion, strings and background vocals overdubbed September 1973, at Advantage Studios, New York, NY, plus backing vocalist chat. Such nuances can be heard throughout the track, including one of the backing vocalists clearing their throat at 2:31, listening to the raw background file you clearly hear them wheezing , there is another cough 4:12 . Which was cleaned up, reverb added prior to the songs inclusion on the iconic 1973 LP release.
