DOHA, QATAR –View of the western edge of Doha amid ongoing war in Iran, which has responded by firing missiles and drones at neighboring Arab states and strangling shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, where a fifth of the world's oil and liquefied natural gas trade travels past its coast.
In a new wave of attacks, Israel said it was launching strikes across Tehran as well as against what it described as Hezbollah infrastructure in Beirut. Separately, Iran launched a drone attack on an Amazon data center in Bahrain, a state-affiliated Iranian news agency said.

The US embassy in Kuwait City is reportedly urging people not to come to the embassy and to take cover. It is also saying there is a continuing threat of missile and drone attacks over Kuwait. It comes after smoke was seen rising from the US embassy and while Iran launched another wave of strikes on Gulf cities and on Israel.
Explosions have been heard in Jerusalem and across the Gulf cities of Dubai, Doha and Manama as Tehran pressed into a third day of strikes against Israel and Gulf neighbours in response to the US and Israel’s attacks.
