What is Almond Meal?
Have you heard about Almond meal or Almond flour for quite some time, but wondered if you could make it? Today, we will share with you our DIY Almond Meal recipe.
Almond meal is so easy to make, that even a 6 year old can help in the process. You can blanch your almonds if you desire, but today, we are making almond meal with raw, unblanched almonds. If you ever run out of almond flour and have some almonds, you can blend a batch of almond meal so quick and get right back to baking!
