I cook Competitively on the BBQ Circuit and I am a born and raised Texan so I know a little about Brisket....I have traveled to Eastern Europe over a dozen times in my life and I love Chimney Cakes, or Kurtos Kalacs as they are known in the Hungarian/Romanian region of Europe.
When I heard that this Guy from Romania "Gabriel Toma" opened up a Dracula's Chimeny Cake and was Stuffing it with Award winning Brisket, I had to check it out. (I had doubts)..
I tried several types of ways that Gabriel serves up the Brisket. From Brisket on a Breakfast Taco, a Brisket Panini, Chimney Cake stuffed Brisket and he would probably would even serve you Brisket on a Stick if it wasn't so tender and juicy that it would fall right off.
Located in Tomball Texas north of Houston, you have to give this a try.
I give it a solid 10 STARS.... Food and Service..
