SPEAKERS:

Adrian Joseph, Director of Search Advertising, Google
Adrian is the Director of Search Advertising at Google for Northern and Central Europe with responsibility for driving advertising revenues and for defining regional product requirements. He was previously Managing Director of Google Enterprise for Europe, Middle East and Africa and has also worked in the Mobile, Display and YouTube teams.

He joined Google seven years ago with fifteen years of sales, marketing and general management experience gained within industry and management consultancy. Prior to Google, he spent six years at Ford Motor Company in Sales and Brand Management roles in Europe, was a Principal Consultant at A.T Kearney and was on the main Board of Trafficmaster Plc with responsibility for Sales and Marketing.

In January 2012, he was appointed Chair of Race for Opportunity, the race campaign of Business in the Community, a Prince of Wales charity which stands for responsible business and strives to ensure that all ethnic groups are appropriately reflected in the UK workforce.

Adrian holds an Economics degree, an MBA with Distinction from Manchester Business School and a Black belt in Judo. In his private life he plays table tennis and enjoys investing in fine wine. He is married with three children.

Michael Barclay, Senior Account Director, Pluck
Career Sales Professional with so years experience working with Major Brands like Pitney Bowes, Yell.Com, and DMGT, also agile start-ups like Livingsocial.com and Pluck.com.

Nick Smith, Vice President [Television] Format Sales, All3Media International
Nick spent his early working life in sales roles, including an 18 month stint as Field Sales Executive for Communication and Technical Services Ltd. He left to attend Leeds University and after graduating with a BA in Broadcasting, got a job in the Entertainment department at the BBC. Nick spent the next 4 years developing and working on entertainment TV shows, both for the BBC and independent production companies. In 2007, Nick joined the largest independent TV production group in the UK, and the maker of shows including The Cube and The Only Way is Essex as Vice President [Television] Format Sales, All3Media International. In this role Nick is responsible for selling All3Media's TV Formats to foreign broadcasters and producers, utilising his sales skills along with his knowledge of the television industry.

Clive Davis, Business Development Executive, Freelance
Clive Davis is an experienced Business Development Executive from Birmingham in the West Midlands. He has worked in numerous areas of sales, marketing and more recently social media. With over 10 years of exceptional sales experience in both internal and external roles. He has developed skills in Telesales and Field sales in both the B2C and B2B markets.
