In this video, I travel to Birmingham to compete in an indoor rowing event. It is my first time racing a full 5km on the erg, which makes this competition both exciting and challenging.
The race is part of a bigger training journey, and this event is an important step in testing where I stand physically and mentally. From travel day to race day, you get a behind-the-scenes look at the preparation, the atmosphere at the venue, and what it feels like to push through a 5km race for the very first time.
