Today I have one video for show and share about how to use Simatic Manager v5.6 and WinCC Flexible 2008 SP5 how to use Function "FC" PID control VFD by level hopper connect to analog input and output part 3
In this video everyone will understand about how to use software Simatic Manager V5.6 and WinCC Flexible 2008 SP5 to create the program (PID contorl) and screen (HMI) for control VFD by using level of hopper. In this section we can adjust the speed of VFD from HMI and see the actual speed from VFD that auto calculation from the PID block. Especially everyone will learn about how to create the scaling convert from Integer to Real from PID output to Analog output.
