Morning & Evening Adhkaar: Complete Guide to Daily Zikr & Protection Duas for Every Muslim**
Shuru karo apna din barakaton ke sath aur khatam karo sukoon aur Allah ki hifazat ke sath! 1. *Astaghfar**: Har subah aur shaam *Astaghfirullah ka zikr zaroor karna chahiye. Maafi mangna Allah ki rehmat ko apni taraf khinchnay ka tareeqa hai aur aapke sab gunnahon ko maaf karne ka zariya hai.
2. *Hasbiyallahu La ilaha illahu tawakaltu 'alayhi* (7 martaba): Har mushkil, gham aur pareshani mein Allah par bharosa rakhne ka sabse mazboot dua jo aapke dil ko sukoon aur taqat deta hai.
3. *Qul Surahs* aur *Protection Dua**: Rozana *Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq aur Surah Nas ko subah aur shaam parhna hifazat ka haseen tareeqa hai. Har buray se mehfooz rehne ke liye yeh surahs aur dua kaafi hain.
*Dua for Protection**: *Bismillahil-lazi la yadurru ma’asmihi shay’un fil-ardhi wa laa fis-sama’i wa huwas-Sami’ul ‘Aleem (3 martaba).
4. *La ilaha illahu wahdahu la sharikalahu* (100 martaba): Ye zikr Allah ki wahdaniyat ko yaad dilata hai aur insaan ke gunahon ko maaf karta hai, jannat ke darwaze kholta hai.
5. *A'oozu bikalimatillahit-tammaati min sharri ma khalaq* (3 martaba): Har qism ke nuqsan aur burai se hifazat ka ek shandar dua, jo subah aur shaam ke waqt padhi jati hai.
6. *SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi, SubhanAllahil azeem* (100 martaba): Ye zikr rizq mein izafa karta hai aur aapko har qism ke gham se door karta hai.
7. **Surah Yaseen Fajr ke baad**: Har subah Surah Yaseen parhne se rozana ke kaamon mein barkat hoti hai, mushkilat door hoti hain aur Allah ki rahmat nazil hoti hai.
8. *Ayat-ul-Kursi**: Subah aur shaam *Ayat-ul-Kursi ka zikr aapke ghar, rishton aur aapke khud ke liye ek shandar hifazat ka zariya hai.
9. *Tasbih Fatima**: Raat ke waqt *SubhanAllah 33 martaba, Alhamdulillah 33 martaba, aur Allahu Akbar 34 martaba ka zikr aapko sukoon aur neend mein izafa dega aur kal ke kaamon mein madad karega.
✨ **Zikr aur Adhkaar ki Ahemiyat**: Rozana Allah ka zikr karna aur uski hifazat mangna ek Muslim ki zindagi ka ahem hissa hai. Ye na sirf aapko har burai se bacha sakta hai balki aapke rozana ke kaamon mein barkat bhi lata hai. Aapke dil aur rooh ko sukoon dene ke liye in adhkaar ko apne din mein shamil karna farz hai.
📿 **Zikr ki Taaqat**: Allah ki yaad sabse azeem ibadat hai aur har lamha sukoon hasil karne ka raaz. In adhkaar aur duas ko apne rozana ke routine mein shamil karke aap apne zindagi ke har haseen lamha ko barkat aur hifazat mein badal sakte hain.
