5 scoops of vanilla ice cream (chose one you would enjoy eating)
½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
1 cup water

Add all ingredients into a blender (such as a VItamix) and blend for about 1-minute or until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Depending on the size of your glasses, you will have 3-4 servings.
