This is my brother's game not mine, PKRS stands for pokerus
This video show that my brother's pokemon are infected with "pokerus"
pokerus really aren't that bad, pokerus help your pokemon grow stronger it doubles the EV points of a pokemon which your pokemon will gain higher stats but EV points are obtained in battling pokemon to pokemon which means if you use rarecandy or put your pokemon to daycare it's useless
I haven't heard any negative effects on pokerus so it's safe but This pokerus thing are really rare it's rarer than any shining pokemon there are 1 in 21,845 chance of getting this PKRS on a wild pokemon
pokerus also spread to other pokemon but its curable once your pokemon show the dot thing its cured
