In this tutorial I show you how to make a full head of alpha cards for realtime character use with Maya 2015's xgen and then how to export it out of Maya. Admittedly it's not perfect but hopefully it's helpful and not too confusing. I'll update with annotations if anything turns out to be not so clear.
