Do you know that you can increase the nutrients in your daily bread? Add sweet potato to the dough, and you got yourself a delicious and bread.
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsps instant dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 egg (room temperature)
1 tsp ground ginger (optional)
1 cup mashed potato
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
Tips
The loaf pan used is 28*10 cm
You can substitute the sweet mashed potato with pumpkin purée or regular mashed potato.
