This is my chicken kare kare recipe
INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-1 and 1/2Kilo chopped chicken (I used legs and thighs)
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp fish sauce
-hot water to boil the meat
-1pc diced onion
-4cloves chopped garlic
-200g shrimp paste
-4Tbsp dark brown sugar
-1/2cup annatto water
-chopped string beans
-200g peanut butter
-about 1/2cup slurry (50% water 50% cornstarch)
-3pcs sliced eggplants
-pechay tagalog
