Monarch Madness 2024 - Sophomore Dance (Class of 2026)

Описание: Monarch Madness is a battle of the classes style event, the school of Archbishop Mitty, rents out the San Jose civic center in downtown to celebrate a night like no other. Each class chooses a theme, which will direct the outcome of the night. Each class is required to create a 160 square foot banner along with an 8 by 8 foot mural to show off their theme, along with a dance following the storyline of the movie/tv show. This dance is then preformed by 50 random students drawn through a raffle, along with the 9 student government reps that organise the event for their class.

Unlike other classes, the sophomore class decided to create an original theme and storyline, sprouting from the city of Las Vegas. This theme explores sin city and the danger that comes with it.

Storyline:
A Sophomore (or Class of 2026) Original Production, a newly married couple travels to Las Vegas for their honeymoon and are drawn to the flashing lights and bling of the city. But through the workings of Vegas’ Ring Leader and the city’s propaganda, only the husband is successfully lured in while the wife tries desperately to get him out.
