Performance of Your Worst Nightmare at the Meadowlands Exposition Center on 8/5/15 in the finals round of the World Dance Championship for the Star Dance Alliance by the Dance Starz Academy dance team from Colonia, NJ. One of 8 dances chosen to participate in the semi-finals from all the grand lines at 250 competitions in 8 countries. In the semi-finals, celebrity judge Abby Lee Miller applauded them with her hands high, then scored the dance and it advanced to the finals. After this performance at finals, it finished third place overall.
This dance won countless awards this year including the "Stayed In Character" special award and first place junior production at In10sity, "Thoroughly Entertaining" and "Ultimate Choreography" special awards and first place 10-12 production at Beyond The Stars Nationals, and not only did it win first place at Beyond The Stars regionals, but it won the top award, The Stellar Award, which is awarded to the top scoring group routine in all categories.
