There are a variety of sources of information on the HAZOP methodology. TÜV Rheinland Industrial Services Limited own and licence the HAZOP and Hazard study methodologies which were invented by ICI. There are many pitfalls in using the methodology. This webinar will introduce the methodology and discuss how it is used in different circumstances. Various pitfalls will be discussed along with current AI developments.
The webinar is aimed at personnel who will be HAZOP team members and who will be expected to contribute to HAZOP team discussions
Graeme Laughland, FIChemE, Professional Process Safety Engineer and leader of over 300 hazard studies will share his experiences. Mahbubur Syed, CEng MIChemE will share his experiences as a new graduate and work he is undertaking using AI.
