two rib eyes750 grams each, from #blackAngus, reversed sear on a Weber grill. turned out very juicy and soft.Video was shot in two parts cos the battery went off before the sear..so we had to grill some from the beginning and start recording again from the searing part..a week later. overall it was the same pieces from the same cut.enjoy!!! #weberkettle,
