We got a pretty powerful new wind grand with Charlotta release, which was about time. It's pretty clear that, kinda like Wilnas at his release, Cygames is pushing and is gonna push for Wind Ougi & Nuke combo to develop further. Her weapon is also excellent, but I don't have enough damascus to bar it, and there is actually not much room in my current grid to slot it...

Some thoughts about Charlotta :
Enables very well 4-chain burst for bursting low honor threshold raids, or for OTK if you're struggling with it. She brings a lot of flexibility since you're not forced to bring double Huanglong anymore.

Very high value team starting buff, with defense, offense, and debuff resist (I wish it was a bit higher to reach 100% when combined with Vortex), in practice it's extremely easy to have a permanent uptime on it as long as you have some charge bar boost or CA activator (like Siete) in your team.

Serves as a battery for wind, thanks to her reset on ougi, she will in practice act as a pseudo earth Satyr / Yukata Silva, as she brings ougi cap and charge bar very often (and every turn in my case thanks to my permanent full chain setup).

Good utility with Accuracy down, delay and dispels as soon as you ougi, which can once again become every turn with a permanent ougi setup.

DPT that ranges from serviceable to great depending on the frequency you can make her ougi with. She can compete with H. Lich in terms of damage easily. However, once you go past turn 10, her damage skyrockets and no one is able to output more than her.

Very powerful panic button with her Sk1, that can also bring a lot of sustain (40% team HP) after turn 10, which can be very valuable in hard content.

While she doesn't reach perfection (Delays and Dispels redundant with H. Lich, grid ougi support not developped for wind), she feels like a good investment for wind in the future.
