Today marks 20 years since the passing of Stan Berenstain, co-creator of the Berenstain Bears (as seen in many of my YouTube Poops). So Zak Wolf discusses how Stan and Jan Berenstain had to deal with CBS's executives when making the 1985-87 "Berenstain Bears" Saturday morning cartoon, how the network didn't want the whole thing to be wholesome and educational the way Stan and Jan did, along with apparently saying no to two stories that were instead later adapted in the 2002 animated series, largely without Stan and Jan's involvement!
