Описание: Today we're unboxing Player One Astronomy’s new USB 3.0 monochrome planetary camera, the Mars 662M Planetary camera for lunar and solar system astrophotography!
The ‪@playeroneastronomy2772‬ Mars 662M features Sony’s latest IMX662 monochrome sensor, with a 1/2.8-inch format and a resolution of 1936 by 1100 for a resulting 2.1 megapixels. The pixels are 2.9 microns and the Mars 662M uses STARVIS 2, giving it a peak quantum efficiency of 91% for outstanding low-light performance! The full well capacity is a massive 54,000 electrons, incredible for a sensor this size. One of my favorite features is that the Mars 662M boasts a frame rate of 108 frames per second at full resolution! That is seriously fast and so important of a feature for getting at the best frames possible in between atmospheric turbulence. The Mars 662M is non-amp-glow. Long exposures stay clean, no weird gradients, no amp artifacts, no concern for calibrating out amp glow. Mars 662M includes a sensor tilt plate to fine-tune field flatness, 256MB DDR3 buffer for smooth data streaming, and a USB 3.0 port for fast, stable transfers. The Mars 662M has an ST4 guide port, standard C-mount threading, and that iconic Player One build quality that you can feel. It is a pleasure to hold and look at this beautiful camera!
