Maida -1 c
Oil -1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Baking powder-3/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 c +2 tbsp
Orange colour -1/8 tsp
For syrup
Sugar - 1 1/2 c
Water -3/4 c
Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
Orange colour
Method
Mix maida,baking powder, curd ,water and oil
Whisk with electric beater or hand whisk for 5 min.
Pour the batter in icing bag and make a cut.
Syrup
Take sugar add water ,colour and boil add lemon juice and make 1 string consistency
Frying
Fry jalebi on medium to high heat
