Описание: Textures are very important in the silk painting. We can create and add different patterns in silk painting motifs and in backgrounds. There are lots of materials which can be used in silk painting. We must look for these things around us which can help us in silk painting. In this video i tried few things on pure chiffon.
1- PAINT BRUSH TEXTURE
There are different sizes of paint brush available in the market, select a brush and try to create texture with the brush. Materials i used :
Materials
1- Fabric
(Any silk, I used plain chiffon )
2- Silk paints (Seta silk)
3- Paint brush 2.5 inches
4- Wooden frame

2- SPRINKLE PAINT WITH BRUSH
In this part of my video i used small brush and sprinkle different colors on the fabric by shaking the brush. Materials i used:
Materials
1- Fabric
(Any silk, I used plain chiffon )
2- Silk paints (Seta silk)
3- Any small brush
4- Wooden frame

3- HANDEMADE BRUSH TEXTURE
It was a wonderful experience to use handmade brush in silk painting. I made that brush with hard dry grass. Materials i used:
Materials

1- Fabric
(Any silk, I used plain chiffon )
2- Silk paints (Seta silk)
3- Hard dry grass
4- Rubber band
5- Wooden frame

NOTE
Whenever you want to make a texture on the silk, try it on the rough fabric first. Weather is very important in silk painting. Texture can also be damage if you live in a cold area. So make it possible to turn on your heater. Hot weather is best for this type of textures because in hot weather the color dries quickly.
