High Protein Game Day Chili Boats:
Plus enjoy it guilt free as its Keto, Gluten-Free, Low Carb!
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️
You can use bell pepper, lettuce or taco shells
2-4 lbs. protein
1 - 2 can kidney beans
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1-1.5 tsp sea salt
2- 4 cups water
4 tbs tomato paste
dash of extra cumin
drop of oregano oil
1 tbs finely chopped parsley
1or 2 ~1 oz packets of taco seasoning mix or can make your own: 1/2 tsp cumin; 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, dash of chili pepper flakes
2 large zucchini chopped
1/4 onion finely chopped
2 cups mushrooms chopped
1 bag of chopped kale
Optional toppings: shredded cheese and sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, onion, tomato
1 bell pepper can make 2-4 boats to hold the chili depending on the size you want them and the thickness of the chili
