Описание:
The cast platform steel structure is welded by high-quality A3 carbon steel. The cooling water tank adopts an annular pressurized distribution structure, and the water tank cover is detachable. The upper part of the water tank has a vertical plate and pressure plate for fixing and protecting the refractory material. The main panel of the water tank is 25mm thick, the lower panel is 14mm thick, and the vertical plate and pressure plate are both 6mm thick. The cooling water circular pipe adopts a rectangular hot-dip plating of 120mm×80mm×8mm Zinc square tube. After the water tank is welded, it is manually annealed and leveled, and then the assembly position of the mold and the joint of the tilting arm are processed through the CNC gantry machining center to ensure that the upper and lower tolerances do not exceed 0.2mm.
