Area of Focus: Church Leadership

Strong leadership is paramount in any group or organization. The church is not different in that arena. We are responsible for creating a new paradigm of leadership that can engage a culture that is more diverse, more complex, and more interconnected than ever before. Supported by the general church and entire connection, local United Methodist congregations are uncovering and empowering courageous, learned men and women, clergy and lay, to go out into the communities and spread the Gospel.
