A personal story. A battle. A life journey. I am a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience that believes in the value and importance of the people experience within organizations whether they be clients, candidates or employees. Passionate about self-discovery, learning and development I have had many opportunities to train or counsel students, job candidates, employees and managers either one-on-one or in a formal classroom setting on a wide variety of topics like Leadership, Career Counselling, Personal Branding etc. In my opinion, work should be meaningful, fun and engaging.
At the core of my ability to work with people is my capacity for heart-felt deep listening, great interpersonal skills and a warm sense of humor. I am passionate about supporting people to move ahead in their lives with joy.
My Mission: to guide individuals and organizations understand the importance of self-discovery in finding a career or lifestyle that they are passionate about, meaningful and self-sustaining.
