Описание: In this episode I start a small mini series on some of my best retro gaming related bargains that I have found in nearly 5 years of living in Japan. In this episode I cover picking up an awesome arcade quality controller for the original PlayStation/PSX, The Hori Fighting Stick PS - SCPH-00002, the second third party controller released for the system back in 1994.

Finding out about this controller in the excellent PlayStation Perfect Catalog I set about finding one and lucked into finding an amazing bargain on Mercari, in excellent condition boxed for $10 delivered to my door in Mie Prefecture, Japan.

In this episode I cover why I wanted such a controller, the games I use it for and look at both the current and coverage of the controller at the time in the Japanese press.

I'll be covering more games, accessories and maybe even a console or two in future episodes!
