7/10/25 Ellendale MN City Council can't grasp what personal service means when they are sued! LOL

Once again, the incompetent ass hats in the SOVERIGN CITY of Ellendale, MN make absolute fools of themselves when, right in the middle of a council meeting, they are each served a packet for a lawsuit. Oh, the whiny little tyrants started telling me I had to "drop papers at a public card table near the city clerk" and that I wasn't allowed to approach them - some even saying this was against "COUNCIL CODE" [whatever that is].
They are absolutely clueless that the Minnesota State Law and the Court's Rules of Civil Procedure demand personal service in the matter - even calling for a uniformed deputy sheriff to intervene and "handle this," LOL.
Obviously, the Deputy stood silent with a kind of grin on his face, knowing exactly what was going on and that there wasn't a darn thing he could, or was, going to do about it.
This IS winning folks - holding them accountable, doing it publicly - and putting them on notice!
