This video explains how to retrieve the cord that has wound back into a roman blind headrail.
This quite often happens when the roman blind chain has been pulled excessively and the cord gets pulled out of the safety toggle on the rear. The cord then gets wound into the headrail unit at the top and disappears from view as the chain is continued to be pulled.
