＃印象派展＃装飾美#ミモザのアレンジメント
2026年2月15日まで国立西洋美術館で開催されている印象派展では、自然がもつ装飾美に光が当てられています。本日のアレンジメントでも主役はミモザ。そこに黄色いチューリップを添え、装飾性を意識した構成に仕立てます。印象派絵画にしばしば見られる、花を見下ろす視点の構図をイメージし、チキンワイヤーとセキュアリングを施したミモザで面をつくりながらアレンジしていきます。ミモザを上から眺める装飾的なスタイルに仕立てることで、いち早く春の訪れを感じさせる作品となりました。

The Impressionist exhibition currently being held at the National Museum of Western Art until 15 February 2026 highlights the decorative beauty found in nature.
In today’s floral arrangement, mimosa takes centre stage. Accented with yellow tulips, the composition is created with a strong sense of ornamentation.　Inspired by the bird’s-eye perspectives often seen in Impressionist paintings, the arrangement is constructed by forming planes of mimosa secured with chicken wire and careful wiring techniques.　Viewed from above, the decorative use of mimosa evokes the early arrival of spring, allowing us to sense the season just before it fully unfolds.
