Netanyahu Appears In Court For His Corruption Trial

Netanyahu has continuously denied any wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty.

He is on trial over a separate series of corruption charges, which he denies.

Netanyahu appears weekly in a Tel Aviv court to testify in the 2019 indictment in three cases involving gifts from millionaire friends and allegedly seeking regulatory favours for media tycoons in return for favourable news coverage.

Netanyahu, 75, is Israel’s first sitting prime minister to be charged with a crime.
