Introduction:
TRANSOCEAN® vat filling capping packing machine is applicable for quantitative packing of chemicals with 200L standard steel vats or similar closed plastic/ steel drums in the industries of engine oil, detergents, resins, petroleum, organic solvents and alike. The vat filling capping packing machine consists of the empty vat conveyor, lid opening unit, filling unit, capping unit, lid sealing unit, palletizing unit, stretch film wrapping unit, baler and finished product conveyor. All the processes of lid opening, filling, capping, palletizing, stretch film wrapping and belt tying are automatically completed, and all the process parameters can be set on the swinging HMI. The real-time implementation data are displayed on the screen. Ex/ ATEx/ IECEx formats are available as an option.
