Samoa fly half Tusi Pisi and teammate wing Brando Va'aulu accidentally clash heads in a sickening collision, that leaves Va'aulu bloodied and helped off the pitch with a bad concussion, and Pisi knocked out unconscious and forced off on a stretcher during the match against Ireland in November 2013 at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
Despite how heavy the concussions the pair sustained looked though, and with players nowadays often taking lengthy time off for concussion, surprisingly Va'aulu recovered and was back in the starting XV for both the next two weeks of the tour, whilst Pisi only missed one week before returning to the starting XV.
