Dhanbad additional sessions and district judge Uttam Anand died after an auto rickshaw hit him from behind on July 28. CCTV footage shows the autorickshaw suddenly swerving towards the judge and hitting him. The three-wheeler did not stop to check on the victim & immediately sped off from the spot. The judge, who was out for a morning run, succumbed to his injuries.
