Make it Quick: How to make a perfect Apple Martini

Описание: Vodka, vermouth, apple liqueur & an absinthe rinse - sometimes referred to as a Kangaroo, or Kangaroo Kicker, this is one of our Make it Quick series - a quick look at The Apple Martini we featured in my "Cheesy vs Classy" look at that '90s club classic The Appletini.

SPECS:
45ml (1 1/2oz) Belvedere Vodka
15ml (1/2oz) Massanez Pomme Verte Liqueur
15ml (1/2oz) Dolin Dry vermouth
Absinthe Rinse
Apple fan garnish

EQUIPMENT:
Mixing glass
Bar spoon
Julep strainer
Coupe glass

METHOD:
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass until cold and diluted. Strain in to coupe glass and garnish with an apple fan (we had to keep in a nod to this drink’s 90s roots!).
