Hello there guys!
Today I bring you my review of the Bane. It's special effect is really bad, but stat wise this weapon is pretty good. I wouldn't mind the movement speed penalty if it wasn't as extreme.
WEAPON INFORMATION
The Bane is an SMG manufactured by Hyperion and is guaranteed to be elemental. This weapon while held lowers the player's movement speed by a considerable amount.
The Bane also screams while firing which cannot be affected by in-game volume controls
Sources
This weapon can be obtained as a quest reward for completing the mission "The Bane" which can be picked up just outside Moxxi's bar in Sanctuary.
